Consolidated Plan 2005-2010
The Consolidated Plan is the five year planning document that outlines the Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy and Community Development Plan for Salt Lake County. It is also the application for funding for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and the Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) Program that is submitted to the US Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). One Year Action Plan-2007
The One Year Action Plan is submitted as the application for funding for the CDBG, ESG and HOME program for each year of the Consolidated Plan and is an annual update to the that document. Report (CAPER) 2007-2008
The CAPER is the annual report on the progress made in carrying out the strategic plan and action plan submitted to HUD each year. It includes a description of the resources made available, the investment of available resources, the geographic distribution and location of investments, the families and persons assisted, actions taken to affirmatively further fair housing and other actions outlined in the Consolidated Plan. This document is was made available for Public Comment for 15 days and no comments were received. All reports referenced in the report are available at the Salt Lake County Government Center, 2001 South State Street, Suite S2100, Salt lake City, Utah, in the Office of Community Resources and Development. Citizen Participation Plan
In accordance with the County of Salt Lake’s mission, the Division of Community Resources and Development (CRD) is committed to providing “honest, open, efficient and ethical government that is fiscally responsible, accessible and responsive to Salt Lake County’s needs.” The Division of Community Resources and Development follows the Citizen Participation Plan detailed in this document in order to: better determine and prioritize the needs of communities in its jurisdiction; administer programs intended to address those needs; and to involve the public in the Consolidated Plan process.
