Salt Lake County is among the top 50 counties in the United States where refugees from other countries are being resettled. Consequently, it receives federal funds to assist with costs of providing resettlement and employment services.
The Refugee Targeted Assistance Grant is administered by the Division of Community Resources and Development in collaboration with the Asian Association of Utah and the Utah Department of Workforce Services Central Region.
